COLUMBIA, Mo. - Three players knocked in a goal Monday in the Helias Lady Crusaders' 3-0 win at Battle.
Reese Hamilton and Sarah Pierle each scored to give Helias a 2-0 lead at halftime. Hamilton assisted Lexy Lamb for the Lady Crusaders' third and final goal.
Ashley Rehagen earned the shutout in goal.
Helias won Monday's JV game 6-0 to improve to 2-1.
Hannah Loethen, Grace Winegar, Lainy Lamb, Alisha Berhorst, Megan Kerr and Michalee Sipi each scored a goal.
Megan Kerr, Emilee Nappier and Torey Mueller each recorded an assist for Helias.
Ally Webb and Anna Knollmeyer combined for the shutout.
Helias (2-2) returns home Wednesday when it faces Rock Bridge. The JV game will start at 5 p.m. with the varsity to follow at about 6:30 p.m.
