STURGEON, Mo. - The Calvary Lutheran Lions had their season end Tuesday in an 87-53 loss against the Harrisburg Bulldogs in the first round of the Class 2 District 8 Tournament.
Harrisburg took a 26-14 lead after one quarter, then extended it to 47-31 by halftime and 69-43 through three quarters of play.
Luke Allen led Calvary Lutheran with 16 points. Ray Eickmeyer finished with 11 points and Alex Flannigan added 10.
Calvary Lutheran ends the season with a 13-11 record.
In other Class 2 District 8 first-round games Tuesday, top-seeded Eugene won 74-29 against Russellville and No. 5 seed New Bloomfield picked up a 51-40 win against Linn.
