Texas A&M wins two vs. Missouri baseball

COLUMBIA - The Missouri baseball team dropped both games of a doubleheader Friday, losing game one 11-1 and game two 7-1 to Texas A&M in Southeastern Conference action at Taylor Stadium.

The Aggies scored the first 11 runs in game one. Missouri got on the board in the bottom of the eighth with an RBI single from Kirby McGuire.

Cole Bartlett was the losing pitcher, allowing seven runs (four earned) on eight hits in 41/3 innings. He walked two and struck out six.

Tanner Houck (3-7) took the loss in game two, allowing four runs on nine hits in seven-plus innings, adding one walk.

Missouri (27-17, 8-12 SEC) will finish its three-game series against Texas A&M at 1 p.m. Sunday.
