ST. LOUIS - William Woods junior setter Brittney Engelbrecht led the team in assists and sophomore outside hitter Tory Wiley led the Owls in kills Tuesday in a 16-25, 25-23, 18-25, 24-26 loss against Missouri Baptist in an American Midwest Conference matchup.
Engelbrecht (Helias High School) finished with 35 assists and also had 11 digs and two kills. Wiley (Helias High School) tied for the team lead with 11 kills.
William Woods (17-12) will play tonight at Harris-Stowe State in another conference matchup.
