Boys Basketball: New Bloomfield 75, Chamois 66

TIPTON - New Bloomfield used a 17-8 scoring edge in overtime to defeat Chamois 75-66 in the semifinals of the Tipton Tournament on Thursday night.

Chamois led 28-25 at the half before New Bloomfield came back to take a 49-46 advantage into the final period of regulation. The game was tied at 58 heading into overtime.

Jak Kitchens finished with 35 points to lead New Bloomfield, which will play for the title at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Aaron Brandt scored 26 points to pace Chamois (2-1), who will play for third place at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
