NEW HAVEN, Mo. - Kaylee Beck of New Bloomfield struck out 17 batters Tuesday in an 11-1 win against New Haven.
Beck allowed four hits and no walks in going the distance. She also had three hits - one a home run - and drove in three runs.
Madison Love had two home runs among her three hits for the winners, and totaled three RBI as well.
Kate Baxter and Madi Craighhead both added two hits, with Baxter driving in two runs.
New Bloomfield (2-0) will play Tuscumbia on Thursday.
