BALLWIN, Mo. - The Jefferson City American Legion Post 5 Seniors scored in each of the five innings Saturday in a 15-0 victory against Kirkwood Post 156 in the Ballwin Battles Cancer Tournament.
Gage Bax drove in three runs for the Post 5 Seniors, while Zach woehr and Drew Voss each had two RBI. Woehr, Zach Davidson and Drew Voss each had two hits as part of the 13-hit attack.
Jack Shinkle tossed a one-hitter in the run-rule win, striking out seven batters.
Post 5 improves to 6-1 on the season.
