BELLE — It took very little time for the South Callaway Bulldogs to build a double-digit lead Thursday on their way to an 80-56 victory against the Belle Tigers in pool play of the Belle Tournament.
South Callaway held a 26-9 advantage after one quarter. The Bulldogs continued to lead 44-24 at halftime and 60-39 through three quarters.
Treysen Gray led the Bulldogs with 25 points. Caleb Hall finished with 19 points and Dylan Paschang also reached double figures with 17 points.
South Callaway (7-9) will play Newburg at 8 p.m. today for the tournament championship.
