RUSSELLVILLE, Mo. - The Fatima Lady Comets overcame a first-half deficit to remain undefeated in Show-Me Conference play, beating the Russellville Lady Indians 57-53 on Monday.
Russellville led 16-12 after one quarter and 27-25 at halftime. Fatima began the fourth quarter with a 40-36 lead.
Lauren Brandt finished with a game-high 24 points to lead the Lady Comets.
Jayla Volkart and Macie Edwards each scored 18 points to lead the Lady Indians.
Fatima (17-5, 6-0 Show-Me) plays Wednesday at South Callaway (16-6, 6-0 Show-Me) with first place in the conference on the line.
Russellville (13-10, 4-3 Show-Me) plays Wednesday at Tuscumbia to conclude the regular season.
