HARTSBURG - The Blair Oaks Falcons came up just short of winning Thursday's quad at Eagle Knoll Golf Course.
The Eldon Mustangs carded a team score of 173 while Blair Oaks finished at 174. Southern Boone shot a 192 and Tipton ended up with a 255.
Jake Closser was the top Falcon with a 40. Brady Kicker and J.J. Quehl each shot a 44, and Todd Bisges rounded out the team score with a 46. Jonathan Bott carded a 50 for the Falcons.
Blair Oaks will play Monday in the Capital City Invitational.
