RUSSELLVILLE, Mo. - The Calvary Lutheran Lady Lions finished the regular season Thursday with a 25-7, 25-5 win against the Russellville Lady Indians.
Olivia Bexten led the Lady Lions with five kills, while Kate Schlichting and Maddie Layson each had four kills. Grace Smith finished with 13 assists and Sarah Johnson served six aces.
Calvary Lutheran (21-9-2) is the No. 1 seed in next week's Class 1 District 12 Tournament at Otterville. After receiving a first-round bye, the Lady Lions await the first-round winner between No. 4 Russellville (6-18) and No. 5 Bunceton (5-10) in the semifinals next Tuesday.
