WARRENTON, Mo. - The Jefferson City Jays junior varsity and C teams had 28 top-three finishers Saturday at the Warrenton Kickoff Classic.
Finishing first for the Jays were Christian Strope (113 pounds), Christian Bertiz (120), Clayton Hurley (138), Will Berendzen (152), Jakiel Hayes (170), Josh Copeland (195), Isaac Enloe (220), Mathias Wieberg (285), Carter Epema (138), Albert Naaman (138), Jabari Hubbard (145), Tanner Quick (152: Bahshi Traylor (182) and Ron Duran (195).
Taking second for the Jays were Keith Stennis (126), Adrian Hendricks (145), Sterling Wheatley (113), Tim Davis (152), Skylar Hile (152), Andrew Naaman (152) and Kent Walker (285).
Finishing third were Clint Benson (160), Elijah Buschman (132), Carter Luebbert (145), DeAndre Hughes (152), Maleek White (152), Bryan Mendez (195) and Hunter Schulte (195).
