Prep Baseball: Vienna 9, Tipton 1

VIENNA, Mo. - The Vienna Eagles got it done at the plate and on the mound Saturday, tallying 15 strikeouts and 11 hits to defeat the Tipton Cardinals 9-1.

McCrae Fuller was the winner pitcher, striking out eight in four innings of no-hit ball.

Carson Hayes pitched two innings of relief, allowing a run while striking out four. Sutton Hauck struck out the side in the seventh.

Logan Agan homered for the Eagles for one of his three hits. He drove in three runs and scored one. Timothy Schwartze had two hits, four RBI and a run scored. Gavin Stricklan added a pair of hits and a run.

Vienna (1-0) will host Russellville on Monday.
