ASHLAND, Mo. - The Versailles Tigers dropped an 86-73 decision Tuesday night to the Southern Boone Eagles.
Coby Williams totaled 26 points for the Tigers, while Jonathan Geier added 22 and Wyatt Espinosa chipped in with 18.
Southern Boone led 19-12 after one quarter and 40-27 at the half. Versailles cut its deficit to 59-49 after three quarters.
Versailles (7-7) will play Friday at California.
In Tuesday night's JV game, Southern Boone defeated Versailles 58-38.
Southern Boone also won the freshman game, 58-37.
