CALIFORNIA, Mo. - The Helias Lady Crusaders dropped a 54-39 decision Friday night to the California Lady Pintos in the semifinals of the California Invitational.
Erin Wyrick had 11 points and eight rebounds to pace the Lady Crusaders.
The game was tied at 12 at the end of the first quarter and at 23 at the half. The Lady Pintos took a 38-31 advantage into the fourth quarter.
Helias (8-7) will take on Fatima in the third-place game at 1 p.m. today. California (12-2) will face Boonville for the tournament title at 4 p.m. today.
