Prep Baseball: Eugene 10, Versailles 0

EUGENE, Mo. - Jacob Adrian pitched a one-hitter Tuesday, leading the Eugene Eagles to a 10-0 win in six innings against the Versailles Tigers.

Adrian finished with seven strikeouts and two walks, throwing just 76 pitches. Brayden Morrison had Versailles' lone hit, a two-out single in the fourth inning.

Adrian also led Eugene at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one single, one double, one triple and five RBI. David Liftin and Tre Kempker each had two singles for the Eagles and Liftin added two RBI.

Eugene (7-4) plays Thursday at Russellville.

Versailles (1-14) plays Saturday against St. Elizabeth and Jamestown at St. Elizabeth.
