Prep Baseball: Russellville 27, Tuscumbia 3

TUSCUMBIA, Mo. - The Russellville Indians scored 14 runs in the top of the fourth inning of a 27-3 win in five innings Monday against the Tuscumbia Lions in Show-Me Conference play.

Russellville collected 16 hits and took advantage of 10 Tuscumbia errors.

Mason Stewart led the Indians, going 4-for-5 with a pair of home runs, five RBI and five runs scored. Nick Thompson also had a four-hit game with two singles and two doubles.

Chandler Miller and Ethan Huff each drove in four runs for the Indians and Matthew Miller had a home run and three RBI. Trent Morrow went 3-for-6 with three RBI and Braden Hickey was 3-for-3 with three runs scored.

Nikolas Graham was the winning pitcher for the Indians. He threw the last two innings and allowed one run on three hits and struck out four.

Russellville (9-10, 2-2 Show-Me) plays today at Vienna.
