LADUE, Mo. - The Jefferson City Jays won four individual events to win the Ladue Invitational on Saturday.
Devin Roberson was a champion in the discus and shot put, Cole Biesemeyer won the 3,200-meter run and Mason York was first in the pole vault.
The Jays scored 98 points to beat out 23 other teams that scored in the meet.
Jessica Rhoads was the lone first-place finisher for the Lady Jays, who finished sixth as a team with 44.5 points. Hazelwood Central won the team title with 103.5 points.
Rhoads took top honors in the shot put and was fifth in the discus.
