Jefferson City's Thomas Jefferson Patriots finished their season Thursday with a 46-8 win against West.
Ian Nelson ran for 118 yards and a touchdown, while totaling 53 yards of receiving. Cedric Warren had 107 yards and two touchdowns on the ground to go along with a pair of 2-point conversions.
Kaden Dassrath also ran for a touchdown as well as throwing for 100 yards and two touchdowns. He had a hand in four 2-point conversions. Coby McFarland had two touchdown catches, while Brett Kuebler had a 2-point conversion catch.
Hunter Schulte, Owen Steiferman, Cortez Wilder and Romello Carter each had a sack as Thomas Jefferson finished with 15 tackles for loss. McFarland had a fumble recovery.
The Patriots end with a 4-2 record.
