COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Helias freshman basketball defeated Battle 39-30 on Thursday.
Jake VanLoo scored 11 points to lead the Crusaders.
Helias led 9-4 after one quarter, 15-7 at halftime and 33-13 entering the fourth quarter.
The Crusaders (5-2) play Saturday at Jefferson City.
