Boys Basketball: Jamestown 64, Prairie Home 60

PRAIRIE HOME, Mo. - The Jamestown Eagles won their second straight CCAA conference championship Thursday with a 64-62 win against the Prairie Home Panthers.

Prairie Home led 17-13 after one quarter, but Jamestown took a 32-30 lead into halftime. The Eagles extended their lead to 49-40 through three quarters and held off the Panthers in the fourth quarter to finish undefeated in conference play.

Trenton Barbour led Jamestown with 16 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks. Austin Flippin and Garrett Wolfe each scored 15 points and Clark Rohrbach chipped in 12 points.

Jamestown (17-8, 4-0 CCAA), the No. 2 seed in the Class 1 District 9 Tournament, will face Pilot Grove in the first round at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Bunceton.
