COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Lighthouse Prep Eagles played strong defense during the final three quarters to roll past Columbia Independent for a 55-30 win Monday.
Lighthouse Prep trailed 13-12 after one quarter, then held Columbia Independent to single digits in each of the next three quarters. The Eagles held a 23-17 lead at halftime and extended it to 37-24 after three quarters.
Seth Crawford led the Eagles with 20 points and Corbin Case finished with 11 points. Cody Johnson also added 11 rebounds.
Lighthouse Prep (2-3) hosts Christian Fellowship School of Columbia on Friday.
