Boys Basketball: Jays frosh win title

LAKE OZARK, Mo. - The Jefferson City Jays downed the California Pintos 66-22 on Saturday to claim the championship at the School of the Osage Freshman Tournament.

Isaac Jones led the Jays with 10 points and Keith Driver finished with nine points. Jayden Halder and Ian Jones each scored eight points and Wyatt Fischer rounded out the Jays' balanced scoring attack with seven points.

Garrett Burger led California with eight points.

Jefferson City (5-0) plays Monday at Battle.
