The Blair Oaks Falcons and the South Callaway Bulldogs each moved up in their respective classes this week in the Missouri Media Football Rankings.
Blair Oaks moved up one spot to No. 3 in the Class 3 rankings in voting by 15 media members from around the state after its win last Friday at Kirksville.
In Class 2, South Callaway jumped from No. 10 to No. 7 after defeating Father Tolton last Friday.
The School of the Osage Indians moved into the Class 3 rankings, taking the No. 10 spot after besting Fulton.
Among the area schools receiving votes are Jefferson City in Class 6 and Eldon in Class 3.
The No. 1 teams all six classes remain the same from the preseason rankings - Blue Springs in Class 6, Vianney in Class 5, Webb City in Class 4, McCluer South-Berkeley in Class 3, Lamar in Class 2 and Hamilton-Penney in Class 1.
