KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Shay Crisp struck out 10 and drove in three runs to help the Calvary Lutheran Lions defeat KC Lutheran 14-1 in five innings Saturday.
Crisp allowed one run on two hits and a walk in a complete-game effort. He went 3-for-4 with three runs scored at the plate.
Alex Flannigan and Drew Goodin each had two RBI. Colin Bernskoetter, Ian MacLaughlin and Jimmie Wehmeyer each totaled two hits. Wehmeyer also had an RBI and two runs scored. Nick Stark recorded a hit and an RBI.
Calvary Lutheran (5-6) is back in action Monday at New Bloomfield.
