Defending state champion Rock Bridge defeated Jefferson City 7-2 at Washington Park on Wednesday.
Bailey Higgins and Olivia Hart won their doubles match 8-5. Erica Dunn and Kristen Scwandtner (2-8), and Susan Meyer and Bailey Patrick lost (4-8) in doubles.
Hart won in singles 6-0, 6-1. Dunn (0-6, 1-6), Meyer (0-6, 0-6), Patrick (0-6,0-6), Schwandtner (1-6,3-6) and Higgins (5-7,2-6) all dropped their singles matches.
The Lady Jays finished 13-9 on the season and began district play next week.
