The Fatima Lady Comets went 1-2 in Saturday's Capital City Invitational at 63 Diamonds, beating DeSoto 6-2 before losing 3-1 to Lee's Summit and 7-4 to Mexico.
Macy Berhorst earned the win in the circle against DeSoto, allowing four hits with three strikeouts and zero walks. She also had a hit and two RBI.
Ally Bonnot recorded two hits and drove in a run.
Against Lee's Summit, Gina Stegeman had two hits for Fatima.
Bonnot took the loss for Fatima, allowing five hits in 42/3 innings.
Macy Buscher had a hit and two RBI against Mexico. Morgan Laux recorded a hit and an RBI.
Berhorst was the losing pitcher, allowing four hits and walking one in two innings.
Fatima (4-6) plays Tuesday at New Bloomfield.
