KANSAS CITY - State Fair Community College sophomore forward Ria Kessell scored her first goal of the season Sept. 11 in the Roadrunners' 2-1 loss to Metropolitan Community College.
Kessell (Jefferson City High School) scored early in the second half in the 48th minute, tying the game at 1.
This season, Kessell has eight shots.
State Fair (0-9) hosts Southwestern Illinois College today.
