Women's Soccer: Gourley, LePage score for Owls

FULTON - William Woods sophomore forward McKenzie Gourley scored her second goal of the season Tuesday in the Owls' 5-1 win against Lindenwood-Belleville.

Gourley (Jefferson City High School) scored William Woods' third goal in the 50th minute, extending the lead to 3-0. She finished the game with three shots, two on goal.

Through six games, Gourley has three goals and 13 shots, seven on goal.

Senior forward Tayler LePage (Jefferson City High School) scored William Woods' lone goal in the 85th minute last Saturday in a 7-1 loss to Central Methodist.

The goal was the first of the season for LePage, and the fourth of her career. She scored two goals in 2016 and another in 2017 at Missouri Southern.

William Woods (2-5) plays today at Missouri Baptist.
