TOPEKA, Kan. — Drury junior defensive specialist Kayla Allison tallied 43 digs Friday and Saturday for the Panthers during the Washburn Invitational.

Allison (California High School) had a team-high 16 digs Friday in a 14-25, 25-15, 25-21, 19-25, 7-15 loss to Emporia State. She also finished with 16 digs later that day in a 22-25, 17-25, 25-18, 25-23, 16-18 loss to Central Washington.

Through five matches, Allison is second on the Panthers in digs with 48, averaging 2.4 digs per set.

Drury (1-4) hosts Colorado Mesa on Thursday to open the Drury Invitational.
