FULTON - William Woods senior Paige Smith and playing partner Julia Perez received the No. 11 doubles ranking in the NAIA, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced March 13.
Smith (Jefferson City High School) and Perez are also ranked No. 3 in doubles in the Central Region rankings.
In Tuesday's 8-1 win against William Jewell, Smith and Perez defeated Whitney Holloman and Carolina Lane 8-2 in doubles play.
During the spring season, Smith and Perez have a 3-1 record.
William Woods (3-3), ranked No. 6 in the NAIA, play today against No. 3 Xavier (La.) in New Orleans.
