Women's Basketball: Miller matches career high

MOUNT PLEASANT, Iowa - Westminster sophomore guard Kendal Miller scored 17 points off the bench last Saturday, helping the Blue Jays to a 103-61 win against Iowa Wesleyan.

Miller (School of the Osage High School) matched her career high in scoring, making five 3-pointers and shooting 6-of-8 from the field in the win.

Freshman guard Courtney Wolfe (Fatima High School) also scored seven points off the bench for the Blue Jays. Wolfe made four 3s earlier in the week, scoring a career-high 12 points in a 114-66 win against MacMurray.

Miller is averaging 6.3 points per game for the Blue Jays, while Wolfe is at 2.7 points per game. They each scored eight points Wednesday in the Blue Jays' 96-74 home win against Blackburn.

Westminster (14-4) hosts Eureka on Saturday.
