College Baseball: Bise hits first career home run at Westminster

FULTON - Westminster freshman Tyler Bise came off the bench to hit a solo home run Sunday in the Blue Jays' 14-2 loss to No. 14 Webster.

Bise (Jefferson City High School) hit the first home run of his collegiate in the bottom of the seventh inning for the Blue Jays' first run of the game.

In 11 games, Bise has a .105 batting average (2-for-19) with two RBI and five runs scored.

Freshman Ethan Rackers (Blair Oaks High School) had a single for the Blue Jays, who had five hits. Rackers is batting .167 (2-for-12) with two runs scored.

Westminster (5-6) plays Saturday at Iowa Wesleyan.
