College Softball: Brundage leads Wildcats in opener

CHATHAM, Ill. - Culver-Stockton sophomore Darby Brundage drove in a pair of runs last Wednesday in the Wildcats' 9-1 win against Lindenwood-Belleville.

Brundage (Jefferson City High School) went 1-for-3 with a two-run single in the fifth inning in the second game of a doubleheader. She also went 1-for-3 with a run scored in a 9-0 win in the first game against Trinity Christian College.

Freshman Emily Williams (Jefferson City High School) went 1-for-3 with a run scored in game two.

Culver-Stockton (2-0) will face Brewton-Parker and Mobile on Friday in the first day of the Gulf Coast Invitational.
