SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Jordan Mathews scored 16 points, Josh Perkins had 15 and No. 1 Gonzaga beat Santa Clara 90-55 on Saturday night, extending the nation's longest winning streak to 24 games.

Zach Collins added 14 points and eight rebounds in Gonzaga's first-ever home game as the nation's top-ranked team. While several Top 25 teams stumbled throughout the day, the Zags (24-0, 12-0 West Coast) shot 61 percent (31 for 51) from the field and were in control almost right from the start.

KJ Feagin scored 18 points and Jared Brownridge had 13 for Santa Clara (13-12, 7-5) which lost at home to Gonzaga by 31 points in mid-January. It has dropped 14 consecutive games against the Bulldogs.

KANSAS STATE 56, No. 2 BAYLOR 54

WACO, Texas (AP) - Kamau Stokes scored 15 points and Kansas State held off a late rally to hand Baylor its first home loss of the season.

Stokes made both of the Wildcats' field goals in the final 6:29, including a baseline jumper with 1:40 to go off an inbounds pass with 1 second left on the shot clock that made it 55-51.

Baylor's Johnathan Motley missed two shots in the final seconds with a chance to tie the game, the latter of which was blocked by D.J. Johnson of the Wildcats (16-7, 5-5 Big 12) as time ran out and the Bears lost their second straight game.

Motley led Baylor (20-3, 7-3), which lost 73-68 at No. 3 Kansas on Wednesday, with 17 points and 14 rebounds, but he was 6 for 17 from the floor.

IOWA ST. 92, No. 3 KANSAS 89, OT

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) - Deonte Burton hit seven 3-pointers and scored 29 points, Monte Morris added 25 and Iowa State rallied from a big halftime deficit to end Kansas' 51-game winning streak at Allen Fieldhouse.

Naz Mitrou-Long added six 3-pointers and 22 points for the Cyclones (14-8, 6-4 Big 12), who had a school-record 18 3-pointers while forcing the Jayhawks (20-3, 8-2) into 21 turnovers.

They also overcame a monster performance by the Jayhawks' Frank Mason III, who had a career-best 32 points while going 9 of 11 from the field, 4 of 5 from beyond the arc and 10 of 12 at the free throw line.

No. 4 VILLANOVA 92, ST. JOHN'S 79

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Josh Hart had 26 points and nine rebounds, Donte DiVincenzo scored a career-high 20 points and Villanova earned its third straight win.

Kris Jenkins added 15 points for the Wildcats (22-2, 9-2 Big East), and Mikal Bridges had 14 points.

Marcus LoVett led St. John's (11-14, 5-7) with 23 points, and Bashir Ahmed had 15 points and seven rebounds before fouling out with 8:18 left. Shamorie Ponds also had 15 points for the Red Storm, who have lost 14 in a row against the Wildcats.

No. 13 OREGON 85, No. 5 ARIZONA 58

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - Tyler Dorsey scored 23 points, including six 3-pointers, and Oregon snapped Arizona's 15-game winning streak.

Dillon Brooks added 18 points and four 3s as the Ducks (21-3, 10-1 Pac-12) extended their home winning streak to 40 games, an ongoing school record.

Oregon hit 16 3-pointers, most since opening Matthew Knight Arena in 2011.

Rawle Alkins had 16 points for the Wildcats (21-3, 10-1) in their worst loss under coach Sean Miller since they fell 99-69 to BYU on Dec. 28, 2009.

No. 6 LOUISVILLE 90, BOSTON COLLEGE 67

BOSTON (AP) - Deng Adel scored a career-high 19 points, and Donovan Mitchell also had 19 as Louisville won for the seventh time in eight games.

Mangok Mathiang scored 16 points and Ray Spalding and Jaylen Johnson had seven rebounds apiece for the Cardinals (19-4, 7-3 Atlantic Coast Conference). Louisville's last four wins have come by an average of 33 points.

Ky Bowman scored 18 points and added five rebounds for BC (9-15, 2-9). The Eagles have lost nine of their last 10 games.

OKLAHOMA ST. 82, No. 7 WEST VIRGINIA 75

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Phil Forte scored all 13 of his points in the second half to lead Oklahoma State.

The Cowboys (15-8, 4-6 Big 12) have the league's longest current winning streak at five after No. 2 Baylor and No. 3 Kansas both lost on Saturday.

West Virginia (18-5, 6-4) had a chance to move into a second-place tie with Baylor but couldn't match Forte's production down the stretch.

Forte scored nine points over the final 5 minutes.

Jeffrey Carroll led the Cowboys with 20 points and Jawun Evans added 18.

Redshirt freshman Lamont West scored a season-high 21 points for West Virginia and Tarik Phillip added 15.

No. 24 FLORIDA 88, No. 8 KENTUCKY 66

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Kasey Hill matched a career high with 21 points, Devin Robinson added 16 and Florida coach Mike White got the breakthrough win he wanted.

The Gators (18-5, 8-2 Southeastern Conference) ended a five-game losing streak in the series and picked up their first win in four tries against ranked teams this season.

Florida improved to 2-10 against ranked teams under White, winning for the first time since upsetting West Virginia in January 2016.

Canyon Barry chipped in 14 points and KeVaughn Allen finished with 12 for the Gators, who outran the Wildcats (18-5, 8-2) up and down the court.

Freshman De'Aaron Fox returned from missing one game because of an illness and led Kentucky with 19 points. Malik Monk, the SEC's leading scorer, finished with 11 points after being held scoreless in the first half.

SYRACUSE 66, No. 9 VIRGINIA 62

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Tyus Battle had a career-high 23 points and Andrew White also had 23 as Syracuse beat a ranked team for the second time in eight days.

Syracuse (15-9, 7-4 Atlantic Coast Conference) extended its winning streak to four games and remained in the hunt for the postseason. The Orange beat Florida State 82-72 last Saturday.

Kyle Guy had 14 points for Virginia (17-5, 7-3 ACC), which failed to move into a tie with North Carolina for the conference lead.

The victory would have been the 1,000th for Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim, but the NCAA stripped him of 101 victories as part of punishment handed down in 2015 after a multiyear investigation of the school's athletic department. That leaves Boeheim at 899, three shy of matching Bob Knight for second place all-time behind Duke's Mike Krzyzewski.

No. 11 UCLA 107, WASHINGTON 66

SEATTLE (AP) - Lonzo Ball dazzled in a showdown of standout freshmen, scoring 22 points in UCLA's runaway road win.

The expected faceoff between Ball and Washington's Markelle Fultz - two of the best freshmen in the country and expected to be among the top picks in the NBA draft - never materialized in the way the sellout crowd hoped. While each had flashes of brilliance, Ball clearly had the better performance.

Bryce Alford added 21 points for UCLA (21-3, 8-3 Pac-12), and T.J. Leaf scored 20 points.

Fultz led Washington (9-14, 2-9) with 25 points.

No. 14 CINCINNATI 82, CONNECTICUT 68

CINCINNATI (AP) - Kyle Washington scored a career-high 27 points, and Gary Clark had his fifth double-double of the season as Cincinnati got its 14th straight win.

The Bearcats (21-2, 10-0 American Athletic) never trailed while winning their 22nd in a row on their home court. They extended their longest overall winning streak in three years.

Washington had 13 of Cincinnati's first 17 points as the Bearcats got the early advantage.

Clark had 20 points, 11 rebounds and three assists.

Rodney Purvis scored 20 points for UConn (10-12, 5-5), which had won its last three games.

No. 23 PURDUE 73, No. 17 MARYLAND 72

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - Carsen Edwards made two free throws with 2.1 seconds left, and Purdue rallied to beat Maryland and knock the Terrapins out of first place in the Big Ten.

After Purdue took a timeout to set up a play, Edwards was fouled on a drive to the basket and calmly sank both shots. Maryland freshman Kevin Huerter then hit the rim on a jumper from the corner, leaving Purdue to celebrate its first road win over a ranked opponent since 2013.

The Terrapins (20-3, 8-2) didn't make a basket over the final 7 1/2 minutes, scoring their final 14 points at the free throw line - including 11 by Melo Trimble.

Caleb Swanigan scored 26 points for the Boilermakers (19-5, 8-3), who trailed by 12 in the second half. Purdue has won five of six.

Trimble scored 22, going 4 for 15 from the field and 14 for 15 at the line. The loss ended the Terrapins' seven-game winning streak.

No. 18 SAINT MARY'S 71, SAN DIEGO 27

SAN DIEGO (AP) - Calvin Hermanson and Jock Landale each scored 14 points, and Saint Mary's cruised to a season sweep of San Diego.

Saint Mary's (21-2, 11-1 West Coast Conference) limited San Diego to just nine field goals in its sixth straight victory. The Gaels shot 51 percent (26 for 51) from the field, compared to 19.6 percent (9 for 46) for the Toreros.

Olin Carter III led San Diego (11-13, 4-8) with 11 points. None of his teammates had more than three points.

The Toreros have dropped four of five.

No. 19 SOUTH CAROLINA 77, GEORGIA 75

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - PJ Dozier scored seven of his 21 points in the final 2:21 as South Carolina finished off its first regular-season sweep of Georgia in eight years.

The Gamecocks (19-4) also maintained a share of the top of the Southeastern Conference, their 9-1 league mark their second-best in program history behind a 10-0 start in 1997.

Sindarius Thornwell had 18 points and Duane Notice 15 for South Carolina. The seniors both had four 3-pointers.

J.J. Frazier and Yante Maten had 18 points apiece for Georgia (13-10, 4-6).

No. 21 DUKE 72, PITTSBURGH 64

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Grayson Allen scored 18 of his 21 points in the second half, and Duke won in coach Mike Krzyzewski's return after a four-week break following back surgery.

Amile Jefferson added 15 points, freshman Jayson Tatum had 12 and Luke Kennard added 10 to help the Blue Devils (18-5, 6-4 Atlantic Coast Conference) win their third straight.

Michael Young scored 24 points and Jamel Artis added 17 for the Panthers (12-11, 1-9), who have lost eight straight.

XAVIER 82, No. 22 CREIGHTON 80

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - J.P. Macura scored 13 of his 15 points in the second half, and Xavier capitalized on its hot shooting late in the game.

The Musketeers (17-6, 7-3 Big East) made 7 of 9 shots, including five 3-pointers, during a 19-7 spurt that turned their 66-59 deficit into a 78-73 lead with 2 minutes left.

Tyrique Jones and Trevon Bluiett scored 16 points apiece and Quentin Goodin added 15 for Xavier, which won for the first time in six games against Top 25 opponents.

Marcus Foster led the Bluejays (20-4, 7-4) with 17 points. Thomas added 15 and Cole Huff had 11.
