TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Saint Louis senior Griffin McCurren won the men's 800-meter run Saturday at the Pacesetter Invitational, hosted by Indiana State.
McCurren (Helias High School) posted a winning time of 1:55.09, finishing three-hundredths of a second faster than Alex Cotter of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
The Billikens finished third out of six teams with 72.5 points.
Saint Louis will compete next at the Drake Relays, which begins Thursday.
