ST. LOUIS - The WWU Lady Owls played to a scoreless, double-overtime standoff with the Harris-Stowe Lady Hornets in Thursday's American Midwest Conference match.
William Woods (7-7-2, 6-4-1 AMC) finished with six shots - four on goal - and three corner kicks. Sophomore goalkeeper Rebecca Sturgess tallied two saves.
Harris-Stowe (8-8-1, 5-5-1) posted seven shots - two on goal - and four corner kicks.
The Lady Owls will host their final regular-season match against AMC opponent St. Louis College of Pharmacy at 1 p.m. Saturday at Firley Field.
