Dear Editor:
I’m writing for the sole purpose of continuing my attempts to nullify the Dimms attempt to force socialism on us. Today I’m offering two news items from the Democrat-controlled People’s Republic of California:
“California moves to let felons serve on juries” (https://www.ocregister.com/2019/06/13/california-moves-to-let-felons-serve-on-juries/).
“This most recent push is Senate Bill 310, authored by state Sen. Nancy Skinner, D-Berkeley, and would allow Californians who have prior felony convictions to serve on juries. People with felony records have the right to vote in California. There is no legitimate reason why they should be barred from serving on a jury.”
“California to become the first state to extend health benefits to some who live in USA illegally” (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2019/06/10/california-health-care-immigrants-insurance/1406629001/).
“California was poised Monday to become the first state to provide health care coverage to young, low-income adults living in the country illegally after legislative leaders provided a thumbs-up to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s $98 million plan targeting almost 100,000 low-income adults.”
It’s time we as a nation wake up to the absolute stupidity that is running rampant in our Republic! I cannot believe that these socialist Dimms are getting the press coverage giving them credibility as a party which cares a hoot about this country! I’m just really glad I have a home in central Missouri which I believe is one of the last bastions of logically thinking folks who I sincerely hope will reject this agenda by the Democrat party which will result in the destruction of our culture, economy and ultimately our beloved America!
There is some hope though. A quote from a 6/16/2019 article by Sean Moran: “As California remains poised to adopt a bill that would give full Medicaid benefits to illegal immigrants, Sen.
