Your Opinion: Scientists don’t confirm alarmists’ claims

Dear Editor:

I have to thank Theresa Sullivan again. Her information about contacting our congressmen concerning bill HR 763 was very helpful. I made it a point to contact all of my congressmen and to share the information over several websites filled with concerned citizens that oppose HR 763 and many other alarmists’ proposals. I’ve already received responses from some of the congressmen and what I have read gives me hope in our government officials and a relief that common sense endures. In hearings before Congress, climate scientists do not confirm nor substantiate any of the claims made by alarmists. As more news reports are revealing the frauds being perpetrated on the American people by the alarmists and their cohorts in government, the more people are standing against them. Just last month there was an article titled “Dr. Tim Ball On Climate: Lies Wrapped In Deception Smothered With Delusion” in Technocracy News & Trends. In it was a quote from Michael Crichton: I loved “Historically, the claim of consensus has been the first refuge of scoundrels; it is a way to avoid debate by claiming that the matter is already settled. Whenever you hear the consensus of scientists agrees on something or other, reach for your wallet, because you’re being had.” I couldn’t agree more. One could literally fill the News Tribune with articles from around the globe reporting on the climate change fraud. Despite claims the earth is warming there are loads of reports on snow in parts of the USA in May and early snows in Australia. Yet, the claim that the heat goes on continues and the only way to save the world is to tax us.

Just think of how much harder it would be for our friends and neighbors to recover from the tornado if the carbon dividend tax was enacted. Gas and diesel for tractors that removed debris, the trucks that hauled it off and the chain saws that cut up the trees, not to mention the increased cost to volunteers that travelled long distances to help out plus the massive increase in all the goods necessary to rebuild would be horrible. So show you care about your neighbors who are suffering from weather events and contact your congressman today to vote “no” on bill HR 763.
