Dear Editor:
Isn't it interesting that the destruction and rioting has kind of quelled since real disasters have been hitting our country and world?? The hurricanes, fires, flooding, earthquakes - maybe people are realizing that there are others who are fleeing for their lives, losing everything they own, losing their loved ones - and the issue of Confederate monuments pale now in importance to real tragedy.
