Your Opinion: What really affects climate on Earth

Dear Editor:

There are still people who believe in consensus science. They should be regarded as traitors to science, truth, freedom, and rational thought. The simple fear that haunts the delusional certainty of all climate change doom leaders and acolytes is: "Inquiry is fatal to certainty." -Will Durant. Let us inquire.

The UN-sponsored studies of climate change limited examination to only one variable, mankind caused effects such as the atmospheric trace gas know as carbon dioxide. The UN climatologists have constantly manipulated temperature data, wrote bizarre climate modeling programs, refused to give access to aforementioned programs, and destroyed documents to evade legal FOIA requests. UN climatologists also constantly issue pronouncements about the end of mankind due to global warming or whatever moniker works best when reality destroys their first labeling attempt. Certainty by UN climatologists about their climate predictions is only surpassed by their certainty of belief that information leading to false conclusions must be hidden or destroyed.

The real variable related to climate change is affected by that variable star 93 million miles from the Earth. Using the word "Sun" makes the star seem benevolent; it isn't. When quiescent the solar wind decreases and all sorts of energetic particles and photons reach Earth and increase planetwide cloud formation. Clouds reflect light and cool the Earth, which is happening now. We are heading into a little ice age rather than a global warming event. As an aside, if a CME scores a direct hit on the Earth then people will experience a real disaster. The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. Mankind-controlled climate only works in closed systems but Earth and the solar system are both open systems.

One other uncontrollable variable need to be addressed: "Civilization exists by geological consent, subject to change without notice." -Will Durant. 1816 became known as the "year without summer" because the ash in the atmosphere from the eruption of Mt. Tambora reduced temperatures worldwide. Over a 100,000 people died of starvation due to crop failures in addition to the 92,000 directly affected by the eruption. The Laki Volcanic System in Iceland emitted large amounts of carbon dioxide but the sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chlorides and fluorides were the compounds that nearly killed everybody in Iceland.

Asteroids and meteors can also change the climate in bad ways.
