Immigration is in the news. According to a recent USA Today article, "Half of immigrants in the country owned homes last year."
"Foreign-born homeowners are more likely than renters to be involved in their communities and civic affairs."
Is immigration good for the real estate industry? Perhaps.
Sometimes we have a tendency to over-simplify. Perhaps immigration concerns are not "black and white." It is always interesting to evaluate these issues in more in-depth manner. This is but one more "piece of the puzzle."
