Your Opinion: Potential for fraud during photo ID vote

Dear Editor:

The people who oppose requiring voters to show photo ID claim that "It's not needed because there's no voter fraud." Just how do we know that is true without requiring ID?

Without requiring ID, if I know that my neighbor is registered but doesn't (or can't) vote, I can easily claim to be him and vote in his place and nobody would know it happened.

And now the issue is on a ballot for people to vote on. Hmmmm. If the issue fails, that could possibly be the people who vote as someone else. Just what do you think they'd vote on such a question?
