I call your attention to a June 25 article by Marc Morano: 'The sun goes blank again during the weakest solar cycle in more than a century.' (http://www.climatedepot.com/2016/06/25/the-sun-goes-blank-again-during-the-weakest-solar-cycle-in-more-than-a-century/)
Quotes from the article: "For the second time this month, the sun has gone completely blank. On June 4, the sun went completely spotless for the first time since 2011 and that quiet spell lasted for about four days. The current solar cycle is the 24th since 1755 when extensive recording of solar sunspot activity began and is the weakest in more than a century with the fewest sunspots since cycle 14 peaked in February 1906. We are currently more than seven years into Solar Cycle 24 and it appears the solar maximum of this cycle was reached in April 2014 during a spike in activity. Going back to 1755, there have been only a few solar cycles in the previous 23 that have had a lower number of sunspots during its maximum phase."

My short version; sunspot numbers for Cycle 24 which peaked about 2014 are approximately of the number for Cycle 22 which peaked about 1990.
How does it affect our weather? One also needs to read "The Sun and Sunspots" (http://www.weather.gov/fsd/sunspots). A quote from this article: "One interesting aspect of solar cycles is that the sun went through a period of near zero sunspot activity from about 1645 to 1715. This period of sunspot minima is called the Maunder Minimum. The 'Little Ice Age' occurred over parts of Earth during the Maunder Minimum. Ultraviolet radiation increases dramatically during high sunspot activity, which can have a large effect on the Earth's atmosphere. The converse is true during minimum sunspot activity."
My point in writing; to demonstrate the absurdity of the wizards of smart in their attempts with their computer models to create a phony case to try to bilk us out of our money for the sole purpose of lining their pockets, the pockets of politicians and their billionaire donors pockets!
God controls the sun and the sun controls our climate, it's as simple as that!
