Dear Editor:
I am for a women as president. It has been a long time coming. I am excited about this opportunity for a qualified, respected, honest, truthful, religious, healthy and, above all, experienced woman who has all of these attributes. Hillary Clinton is not that woman.
I know there are, at this time, several women more than qualified to meet these standards of excellence. I ask you from what I consider to be an honest question - is Hillary Clinton the first women we want to set the stage for another women at some point to be elected to represent our country as President of the United States? How is she qualified?
She was first lady (there would have been no Bill Clinton had it not been for Ross Perot). She moved to the state of New York to run for state Senate and as a liberal who's vote in the state of New York would insure her a win? And, I might add, over the eight years as senator she was responsible for only three bills to be passed (source Mike Miller with Independent Journal Review). 1. A bill designating a portion of U.S. Route 20 A, located in Orchard Park, New York , as the "Timothy J. Russert Highway." 2. A bill designating the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2951 New York Highway 43 in Averill Park, New York, as the "Major George Quamo Post Office Building." I ask each of you, conservative or liberal, do we as Americans honestly want four more years of increasing national debt? She says she wants to enhance Obamacare. The American people have already been enhanced with Obamacare! Increased income tax, Second Amendment rights taken away, 550 percent increase in undocumented refugees from terrorist countries.
I could go on, However, it concerns me to think we would vote for someone simply because she's a women. Or most of all, someone that, in my opinion, has sold out her country in so many ways. Do we really want someone, man or woman, to take us down the same path that Obama has ? Look at this man's track record, never mind hers, and honestly say you can vote for anyone that will continue to destroy this country. I will have a clear conscience when I pull the lever for Donald Trump. Will you for Hillary Clinton?
