Jonathan W. Tindall faces seven felony charges from a triple stabbing incident that took place Sunday at a Lake Ozark residence, including endangering the welfare of a child with his 2-year-old daughter present at the residence during the incident.
According to the Camden County Sheriff's Office, Tindall faces two counts of class A felony domestic assault in the first degree with serious injury, one count of class B felony domestic assault in the first degree (first offense), three counts of class D felony armed criminal action and one count of class D felony endangering the welfare of a child by creating substantial risk.
Camden County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call about the stabbings at 3:58 p.m. Jan. 15 in the area of 1400 block of Carol Road in Lake Ozark. Tindall resided with the victims at that residence and his 2-year-old daughter, who was not injured during the incident.
Tindall allegedly used a large kitchen knife to stab three individuals at the residence.
A 69-year-old man was stabbed multiple times in the back and is in stable condition in the intensive care unit at Lake Regional Hospital. A 46-year-old man was stabbed in the face and neck. He was transferred to University of Missouri Hospital and is in stable condition. A 65-year-old woman was stabbed in the shoulder and refused treatment at the scene.
Because this falls under a domestic violence category, the names of the victims will not be released, according to the Camden County Sheriff's Office.
On Jan. 15, law enforcement from multiple agencies searched for Tindall, who fled the residence after the stabbing. They located him and placed him in custody without further incident Sunday evening.
Tindall is being held without bond at the Camden County jail.

According to a news release from the Camden County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a call in reference to three people who sustained injuries from stab wounds at approximately 3:58 p.m. Sunday in the area of 1400 block of Carol Road in Lake Ozark.
One female victim refused treatment at the scene, and an ambulance took two male victims to Lake Regional Hospital.
Law enforcement are looking for the possible suspect, described as a 24-year-old white man, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with brown hair, green eyes and possibly wearing a dark long sleeve shirt. He fled the residence after the stabbing, the news release said.
Deputies and several officers from other agencies are currently searching the area for the suspect.
The Camden County Sheriff's Office advises residents to lock their doors and travelers to not pick up anyone hitchhiking.
The department said they would release more information as it becomes available.
