The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has awarded resurfacing project contracts for several Mid-Missouri roads.
At its regular meeting, the commission awarded contracts for the following projects:
Boone County - Interstate 70 between the Missouri River and the Lake of the Woods interchange. The contract was awarded to Capital Paving and Construction, with a low bid of $7,875,288.
Boone/Howard counties - Missouri 124 between U.S. 63 and Missouri 240, and Missouri 124 between 63 and Route CC. The contract was awarded to Vance Brothers, with a low bid of $691,907.
Moniteau/Morgan counties - Route BB between Missouri 135 and Route D, and Route Z between Missouri 5 and Route D. The contract was awarded to Capital Paving and Construction, with a low bid of $979,498.
Osage County - Missouri 100 between U.S. 50 and Missouri 89. The contract was awarded to Capital Paving and Construction, with a low bid of $1,119,490.
Each project is scheduled to take place during the 2017 construction season. Occasional temporary lane and entrance closures are possible in the work areas.
