Russellville resident Cynthia L. Hager, 47, was taken to Capital Region Medical Center after wrecking her golf cart early Sunday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol said she was driving eastbound on a private road near County Road 403 in Osage County at about 12:30 a.m. when her 1996 Yamaha golf cart traveled off the left side of the road and overturned into a creek.
It was unknown whether she had on a safety device. She was moderately injured.
