WARRENSBURG - Missouri S&T's Adriel Hawkins was a double-winner at the University of Central Missouri Invitational on Friday.
Hawkins (Jefferson City High School) won the men's 60-meter dash in a Division II Championship provisional qualifying time of 6.86 and also took first in the 200-meter dash with a provisional mark of 21.75.
Competing unattached, former Central Missouri Mule Dan Raithel (Blair Oaks High School) was second in the men's weight throw (63-7 1/2).
Katlyn Meier (Vienna High School) of Missouri S&T was fourth in the women's 200-meter dash (26.79) and sixth in the 60-meter dash (8.09). She was also part of the Miners' third-place team in the 4x400-yard relay (4:08.93).
