WESTPHALIA, Mo. - The Chamois Lady Pirates held off St. Elizabeth for a 41-38 win in the consolation game at the Fatima Tournament on Friday night.
Chamois (6-5) jumped out to a 11-7 lead after the first quarter and took a 19-16 lead into halftime. St. Elizabeth outscored the Lady Pirates 15-10 in the third quarter to take a 31-29 advantage into the final period, where Chamois outscored the Lady Hornets 12-7.
Paige Nolte scored a game-high 22 points, while Alison Mehmert added 16 points to help lead Chamois.
Savannah Stiles led St. Elizabeth with 20 points. Allie Heckemeyer added eight points and 10 rebounds.
St. Elizabeth (5-5) hosts Russellville on Monday.
